This week, I took the time to watch "Impossible Photography" by Erik Johansson, who spoke about the beauty and intrigue of image manipulation.
I found the video really informative, and there were various points of advice which really caught my interest. The first point being, was that in order to create a successful image manipulation photograph, your images must:
1. Be taken from the same perspective.
2. Be taken under the same light.
3. They must make it impossible to distinguish where the different images begin and end.
The second point which really peaked my interest, as it is one that I agree with entirely, is that all the tools that we need in order to create a successful image manipulation photograph are all out there and available for us, but the only thing that really limits us is our imagination.
